At Browns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
